‘Celtic Thunder’ auditions at the Helix in Dublin on Wednesday 9 May

Celtic Thunder are looking for someone to join their cast.

They are about to hold auditions in Dublin on May 9th at the Helix from 10-6PM searching for the next new Celtic Thunder principal singer. It’s a great medium for artists to launch their careers. Anyone who’s interested in having a career in singing and entertainment, this is a big opportunity.

Celtic Thunder is one is the biggest touring shows in the world. They have been very lucky in the past with the amazing talent they have cast from Ireland. Damian McGinty has gone on to great things with GLEE!, Keith is finishing up his debut CD with producer David Foster ( who has produced records for Andre Bocelli, Celine Dion, Josh Groban, Whitney Houston, Madonna, Brian Adams, Christine Agullera, The Bee Gees and many more).

Zucca Films is looking for 5 – 6 year old boys and girls of Middle Eastern or Pakistani appearance for a small role in an Irish Film Board funded short film entitled “Alia”. Having some knowledge of Dari or Farsi would be an advantage.

We are looking for a bright, confident, inquisitive child who will be able to play a small part in our large on-screen family.

The part would require 2 – 3 days of filming in early June 2012.

Mercury Digital id delighted to be working with Champion Sports again. We will be producing an advert that captures the football frenzy that will grip this country when Euro 2012 hits. We’re looking for an actor that can embody a special kind of football fan who lives and breathes the game. If you think the character bio is you. We’d love to hear from you.

Our main character is a guy in his mid to late twenties. He’s not the coolest, he’s not the trendiest but he is most definitely a great guy. He is a person that everybody likes, he has lots of friends and they all love him. He is jolly, caring and a good friend. He is a ‘legend’. Our guy loves football with a passion (maybe a little too much!) and this is what drives his life. Fantasy football leagues, all the transfer news, the latest jersey, he has it all. He adores watching football and he adores supporting Ireland above all else.
